Our technicians travel across the country daily to provide technical assistance, during and after the equipment warranty period. In our workshops or on-site we guarantee our products continuous function.

There are several possible Preventive and Corrective Technical Assistance contracts. The customer can specify what is needed in terms of material, parts, electronic boards, fuses, batteries, ventilators and specialized labor. Besides these factors you can also state the number of visits, demanded response time, assured MTTR, visit schedules, etc.
